- Court maintenance in April
Lawson Courts are arriving this Wednesday, April 17th and will begin working at the Charlotte tennis courts first. If the job goes as planned and the weather cooperates, they anticipate the Charlotte Courts could be completed on Monday April 22nd. On Tuesday, April 23rd the Lawson’s team expect to start working on the CanAm courts and anticipate to have them completed by Friday, April 26th, weather permitting. Once a tennis court resurfacing is completed, it can take an additional 5 days to cure before it is usable for play. For those players who would like to play tennis during the period that the Maple Leaf courts are unavailable, we are lucky to have public courts close by (Harold Ave and Midway), and available for use. When our courts are available for play, a notice will be sent out to the club membership.
